    Free shipping is available for orders over $75.

    We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses.

    Orders ship by United States Post Office with 2 to 5 day delivery depending on destination. Most orders ship with 2- or 3-day shipping.

    For orders under $75, there is a flat-rate $5 charge.

    Orders received before 12 pm EST ship same day. Orders received after 12 pm EST will ship the next business day.

    All shipments are made via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment.

    International Shipping Policy

    We ship internationally. Additional shipping fees will apply at checkout.

    Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

    Non-eletronic items in new or like-new condition can be refunded in full. Slightly used items can be returned for store credit.

    Defective products can be returned and will be exchanged for a replacement or store credit.

    Electronic items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including the UPC code being intact) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals,and accessories. Defective items may be exchanged for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

    Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Items can be brought back to Run On Hudson Valley for refunds or exchanges or shipped to Run On Hudson Valley. Please use the contact form to initiate an online return.

    When shipping items back to us, please use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance to ensure items are properly returned. Returned items that don’t meet the above criteria and are returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
